Online Advertising Companies
Clear terms also help both sides understand their roles, avoid confusion, and make better decisions during the project. Webrand keeps these conditions simple and transparent, helping every engagement move forward with clear expectations, fair commitments, open communication, and a shared understanding of how the work will be managed.
These terms explain how Webrand works with clients, handles projects, receives payments, manages cancellations, and reviews refund requests. By approving a proposal, quotation, agreement, or payment request, the client agrees to the terms connected with that service.
Webrand provides services such as website development, branding, SEO, social media, online reputation management, performance marketing, CRO, email marketing, LinkedIn management, and digital business cards. The exact services and deliverables for each project will be listed in the approved proposal or agreement.
Work begins after the client approves the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. Approval may be given through a signed agreement, email confirmation, accepted quotation, or advance payment. Any new requirement added later may need extra time or additional cost.
Payments will be made according to the approved quotation, proposal, milestone plan, or service agreement. Some projects will require an advance payment before work begins. Applicable taxes, advertising budgets, software charges, hosting, domains, and other third-party costs will be charged separately when required.
Clients should provide the information, content, approvals, images, access details, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in sharing these details may affect the project timeline. Clients should also make sure that any content or material they provide is correct and legally allowed to be used.
Project timelines depend on the type of work, number of deliverables, approvals, content, revisions, integrations, and technical needs. Webrand works to follow the agreed schedule, but delays may happen when feedback, approvals, or third-party services take longer than expected.
Revisions included in the agreed scope will be completed as planned. If the client requests new pages, features, designs, campaigns, content, or additional services, the work may need extra time and cost. Webrand will explain this before starting the additional work.
Some projects may use services such as hosting, domains, advertising platforms, software, plugins, payment gateways, stock images, or subscriptions. Unless clearly included in the quotation, these costs are separate from Webrand’s service charges.
A client may cancel a project by giving written notice to Webrand. If work has already started, charges may apply for planning, research, design, development, content, campaign setup, completed work, or resources already used.
Refunds depend on how much work has already been completed and what costs have already been committed. Payments for completed work, approved stages, consultations, design, development, campaign setup, or other work already done may not be refundable. If part of a prepaid service has not started and no cost has been committed, Webrand may review whether a refund is possible based on the project agreement.
Payments made to third parties, such as advertising platforms, hosting companies, domain providers, software services, subscriptions, or paid tools, follow the refund rules of those providers. Webrand cannot guarantee refunds for money already paid or committed to them.
Webrand may pause or stop work if there are serious payment delays, repeated lack of response, misuse of services, illegal requests, or major breaches of agreed terms. We will normally try to discuss the issue before taking this step. Any payment due for work already completed will still need to be settled.
Ownership of final approved work will follow the project proposal or agreement. In many cases, full ownership is transferred after all agreed payments are completed. Drafts, unused ideas, licensed materials, software, tools, templates, or third-party assets may have separate ownership or licence conditions.
Some services may require access to websites, social media accounts, advertising platforms, analytics, email tools, or other digital systems. Clients should keep ownership and main access to their important business accounts whenever possible. Access and handover will be managed according to the project agreement and after any pending payments are cleared.
Webrand works to improve visibility, traffic, enquiries, leads, conversions, engagement, reputation, and digital performance. However, results can also depend on factors outside our control, such as competition, customer behaviour, market conditions, budgets, platform changes, and search-engine updates. For this reason, specific rankings, leads, sales, or business results cannot be guaranteed unless clearly agreed in writing.
Webrand may need access to business information, account details, campaign data, content, or other project-related information. We will use this information only for the agreed work and handle it with appropriate care.
Webrand may update these terms when services, technology, business needs, or legal requirements change. Any revised terms will apply from the date they are published on this website. This policy is effective from September 1, 2026, and visitors are encouraged to review it periodically for future updates.
If a signed agreement, approved proposal, quotation, or work order contains different terms, the project-specific agreement will apply first and take priority for that particular engagement with Webrand.
Clear terms help both Webrand and the client understand what is included, what is expected, how payments work, and how each project is managed. This creates better clarity from the beginning, reduces misunderstandings, and keeps every engagement based on shared understanding, agreed responsibilities, transparent communication, and clear expectations throughout the project.
Fair commitments mean both sides respect the approved scope, timelines, payments, responsibilities, and agreed project decisions. Webrand keeps every engagement balanced by communicating changes clearly, addressing concerns reasonably, and maintaining mutual accountability, so work, costs, cancellations, and responsibilities are handled fairly and transparently.
Clear policies help businesses understand what to expect, how services are managed, and how responsibilities are shared. When comparing Online Advertising Companies, clients should look for clarity around scope, payments, timelines, revisions, cancellations, ownership, and communication. Webrand believes transparent terms create better understanding, fewer misunderstandings, and stronger working relationships, allowing both sides to focus on the project with clear expectations and mutual responsibility.
Share your question with our team, and we will clarify how the relevant policy applies to your specific service, project, or agreement. Clear communication helps both sides move forward with better understanding, confidence, and fewer misunderstandings.
